Project Strategy is headed by experienced industry professionals, Stewart Johnson and Peter Procter, who have more than 60 years combined industry experience across all mainland states of Australia and internationally. They are supported by our highly capable team of Project Managers who have been carefully selected for their experience, skill set and excellent relationship skills.

Stewart Johnson


A founding partner of Project Strategy Group, Stewart is a recognised industry professional with in excess of 40 years' experience in property development and construction across all aspects and sectors.

Stewart is known for his expert technical knowledge which he marries with commercial flair and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. Stewart has recently managed numerous projects in the emerging hi-tech warehouse category with great success, making him sought out by clients in this arena.

Anthony Murr

Associate Director

Anthony has more than 15 years experience in the construction industry. He has gained extensive knowledge in design, procurement and project management across a range of projects, with a particular emphasis on landmark public buildings rich in cultural and/or heritage value and hi-tech industrial estates.

Anthony is an organised team player and has a proven ability to work under pressure to deliver results within a promised time frame and required budget. Anthony’s clients seek him out for their projects due to his accommodating approach and can-do attitude.

Pramod Sahye

Associate Director

Pramod has undertaken Project Management and Superintendent roles in delivering several highly successful industrial and commercial projects for Project Strategy in Victoria in recent years. He is now utilising his extensive construction knowledge and experience to manage Project Strategy’s return to the Brisbane market.

Pramod is a registered architect (VIC), whose career in the construction industry spans 10 years across a variety of sectors including Industrial, Health, Retail, Hospitality, Commercial, Education and Residential. He is highly adept in translating clients’ current and future aspirations into functional, yet creative outcomes that meet budget and time constraints.

Lachlan Andrew

Project Manager

Lachlan is a project manager with a level of experience that belies his five years’ experience in project management. He has gained extensive practical skills and knowledge through his Contracting background. He has further developed these skills in his project management role, adding design, procurement and project management expertise across a range of relevant projects.

Lachlan’s personal attributes, including resilience, adaptability, a collaborative approach and focused problem-solving skills, ensure he delivers the best possible outcome for his clients in a timely and friendly manner.

Sean King

Project Manager

Sean is a licenced electrician and construction professional with experience across a range of sectors including High-end Residential, Health care, Industrial warehousing, Commercial Offices and Retail. Sean is organised, hardworking, and diligent, with well developed team leadership skills.

Sean has extensive experience in Construction Law, having studied law and been seconded to in house legal for a period, assisting with the preparation and review of Head Contract documentation and claims management.

Sean has the ability to communicate with all levels of management and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the projects in which he is involved. This ensures he delivers projects on time and on budget.

Ilina Nanitsos

Project Manager

Ilina is a qualified Mechanical engineer with over 15 year’s experience, working on major projects in the Sydney construction industry. Ilina’s project sector exposure includes commercial offices and retail, residential, education and medical, and infrastructure.

Ilina has outstanding communication and analytical skills and a thorough understanding of the design development process. Her collaborative approach and focussed problem-solving skills allow Ilina to ensure all project requirements are integrated effectively, and she is able to provide non-standard solutions where limited by regulatory bodies. This ensures all project timeframes are met and provides the best possible outcome for clients.

Lachlan Quadrell

Project Manager

Lachlan has extensive practical skills and knowledge gained through his 7 years experience working on both small and large-scale construction projects. He is an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager, with excellent analytical, time management and organisational skills.

Lachlan’s strong communication skills ensure that all stakeholders are working towards achieving the best result possible for the client. He is an organised team player and has a proven ability to work under pressure to deliver results within a promised time frame and required budget.

Jack Sanguinetti

Project Manager

Jack is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual gaining experience as a Project Manager. He possesses excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Jack has a strong interest in the construction industry and has proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, communicate with team members, and ensure project deadlines are met.

Jack has a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results. Currently, Jack is leveraging his skills, academic study, and industrial and warehousing experience to support the delivery of construction projects and contribute to the overall success of his projects.

Ryan Wilson

Project Manager

Ryan is a dedicated and results-driven manager with 3 years’ experience leading multiple projects in construction. Ryan is able to organise and coordinate high impact projects on a strict timeframe and within budget; prioritizing project programmes to ensure project goals are met at every milestone whilst under pressure.

While pursuing his tertiary education and sporting goals, and working in a customer service role, Ryan developed exceptional communication skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ryan’s technical knowledge in the building industry has led to the completion of successful projects in the commercial sector. He is a driven individual who looks to achieve the same result in the Industrial sector.

Christa McHarg

Office Manager

Christa has 25 years' administration, accounts and human resources experience and has worked in the property & construction industry for the past 5 years.

Christa works closely with the company’s Directors and keeps Project Strategy running smoothly and efficiently, through her management of finance/accounts, payroll, HR, tenders/submissions, marketing, IT and the company’s accredited Integrated Management System.
