Project Strategy is headed by experienced industry professionals, Stewart Johnson and Peter Procter, who have more than 60 years combined industry experience across all mainland states of Australia and internationally. They are supported by our highly capable team of Project Managers who have been carefully selected for their experience, skill set and excellent relationship skills.

Stewart Johnson


A founding partner of Project Strategy Group, Stewart is a recognised industry professional with in excess of 40 years' experience in property development and construction across all aspects and sectors.

Stewart is known for his expert technical knowledge which he marries with commercial flair and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. Stewart has recently managed numerous projects in the emerging hi-tech warehouse category with great success, making him sought out by clients in this arena.

Peter Procter


Peter established Project Strategy Victoria in 2016 after several years working in the NSW business. With over 15 years' industry experience, Peter has built a close-knit team of professionals servicing the local market and beyond.

A former world champion water-skier, Peter is a high achieving individual who thrives in challenging environments. He is flexible in his management style to meet changing project demands and uses innovative approaches in order to maximise value for his clients.

Anthony Murr

Associate Director

Anthony has more than 15 years experience in the construction industry. He has gained extensive knowledge in design, procurement and project management across a range of projects, with a particular emphasis on landmark public buildings rich in cultural and/or heritage value and hi-tech industrial estates.

Anthony is an organised team player and has a proven ability to work under pressure to deliver results within a promised time frame and required budget. Anthony’s clients seek him out for their projects due to his accommodating approach and can-do attitude.

Pramod Sahye

Associate Director

Pramod has undertaken Project Management and Superintendent roles in delivering several highly successful industrial and commercial projects for Project Strategy in Victoria in recent years. He is now utilising his extensive construction knowledge and experience to manage Project Strategy’s return to the Brisbane market.

Pramod is a registered architect (VIC), whose career in the construction industry spans 10 years across a variety of sectors including Industrial, Health, Retail, Hospitality, Commercial, Education and Residential. He is highly adept in translating clients’ current and future aspirations into functional, yet creative outcomes that meet budget and time constraints.

Ian Hardy

Senior Project Manager

Ian is a project manager with over thirty years’ experience in the construction industry in Australia and overseas. He has gained extensive knowledge in design, procurement and project management across a diverse range of industry sectors and projects, which equips him well to manage complex and detailed projects.

Ian is a hands-on manager, providing clients and project teams with his extensive knowledge in stakeholder management, procurement of consultants and builders, design and risk management and superintendency across multiple contract forms.

Senior Project Manager

Tim has more than 20 years’ experience managing the construction and implementation of major process engineering, infrastructure and critical assets across a range of projects that are complex, technically challenging and required to be delivered in a live operating environment. He has strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow him to transition between senior management, line managers and technical teams seamlessly.

Tim enjoys the challenges and complexities of a high paced, dynamic and collaborative team environment that allows for innovation in the pursuit of providing value for money and always strives to deliver beyond the client’s expectations.

Kieran Wotherspoon

Project Manager

Kieran has 4 years construction experience and has worked on projects across a range of sectors, including Industrial, Retail, Commercial, Residential, Health and Government.

Kieran moved into Project Management following roles as a Design Manager and Project Engineer. His experience in both design and delivery ensures his capability to be involved across the entire lifecycle of projects, from concept through to handover. He has a proven track record in servicing clients to achieve desired outcomes and working with various project stakeholders to solve complex problems.

William Harper

Project Manager

Will is a project manager with over seven years’ experience in the construction side of the heavy civil industry. As a qualified civil engineer, Will has gained extensive knowledge in design, procurement and project management across a range of projects, with a particular emphasis on heavy civil port related construction. Will has experience in the integration of automation equipment into the concurrent construction of the built form environment.

Will works diligently, and has demonstrated his extensive knowledge and capability in delivering results in stakeholder, project team and people management.

Lachlan Andrew

Project Manager

Lachlan is a project manager with a level of experience that belies his five years’ experience in project management. He has gained extensive practical skills and knowledge through his Contracting background. He has further developed these skills in his project management role, adding design, procurement and project management expertise across a range of relevant projects.

Lachlan’s personal attributes, including resilience, adaptability, a collaborative approach and focused problem-solving skills, ensure he delivers the best possible outcome for his clients in a timely and friendly manner.

Michael Gazzard

Project Manager

Michael is a construction professional with over 10 years’ experience in Developer, Client-side and Contractor project roles. Michael also has a background in Quantity Surveying. This variety of experience equips Michael well to manage a diverse range of projects and roles.

Michael’s project sector exposure includes Government and Infrastructure, High-end Residential, Industrial warehousing and Commercials Offices and Retail.

His collaborative approach and focused problem-solving skills allow Michael to ensure project timeframes are met, providing the best possible outcome for clients.

Christa McHarg

Office Manager

Christa has 25 years' administration, accounts and human resources experience and has worked in the property & construction industry for the past 5 years.

Christa works closely with the company’s Directors and keeps Project Strategy running smoothly and efficiently, through her management of finance/accounts, payroll, HR, tenders/submissions, marketing, IT and the company’s accredited Integrated Management System.
