Project Strategy is headed by experienced industry professionals, Stewart Johnson and Peter Procter, who have more than 60 years combined industry experience across all mainland states of Australia and internationally. They are supported by our highly capable team of Project Managers who have been carefully selected for their experience, skill set and excellent relationship skills.

Stewart Johnson



A founding partner of Project Strategy Group, Stewart is a recognised industry professional with in excess of 40 years' experience in property development and construction across all aspects and sectors.

Stewart is known for his expert technical knowledge which he marries with commercial flair and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. Stewart has recently managed numerous projects in the emerging hi-tech warehouse category with great success, making him sought out by clients in this arena.

Peter Procter

Director, Victoria


Peter established Project Strategy Victoria in 2016 after several years working in the NSW business. With over 13 years industry experience, Peter has built a close-knit team of professionals servicing the local market and beyond.

A former world champion water-skier, Peter is a high achieving individual who thrives in challenging environments. He is flexible in his management style to meet changing project demands and uses innovative approaches in order to maximise value for his clients.

Anthony Murr

Senior Project Manager

Anthony has more than 15 years experience in the construction industry. He has gained extensive knowledge in design, procurement and project management across a range of projects, with a particular emphasis on landmark public buildings rich in cultural and/or heritage value and hi-tech industrial estates.

Anthony is an organised team player and has a proven ability to work under pressure to deliver results within a promised time frame and required budget. Anthony’s clients seek him out for their projects due to his accommodating approach and can-do attitude.

Will Vanderlouw

Project Manager

With more than 20 years' industry experience in the property development and construction industry, Will combines extensive construction experience with technical knowledge.

His previous experience has a predominant focus on major projects (worth $100m+) for large institutional developers and Government departments across a variety of sectors, including industrial, commercial, education, residential, retail and medical.

Nick Bouziotis

Project Manager

Nick has broad and extensive property experience from his various roles in development, urban renewal, program management and construction within Government organisations and private development companies.

His strong personal attributes include resilience, adaptability, a collaborative approach and focussed problem solving. He also has demonstrated capability in delivering results and stakeholder, project team and people management.

Pramod Sahye

Project Manager

Pramod is an experienced Project Management professional and a registered architect (VIC) who has considerable construction knowledge and experience across a variety of sectors, including: Industrial, Health, Retail, Hospitality, Commercial, Education and Residential.

Pramod’s career spans over 8 years in the construction industry as a Project Manager and a Project/Site Architect. He is highly adept in translating clients’ current and future aspirations into functional, yet creative outcomes that meet budget and time constraints.

Clare Ryan

Project Manager

After graduating in 2015, Clare commenced with Property Developer, TOGA Group, in their Development and Construction division. She transitioned into commercial construction and fit-outs towards the end of 2016 which has become her key area of interest and expertise.

Clare joined Project Strategy in 2019 and has proven to be diligent in her approach with a strong attention to detail. Clare is focussed and determined to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients, in an efficient, timely and friendly manner.

Kieran Wotherspoon

Project Manager

Kieran has 4 years construction experience and has worked on projects across a range of sectors, including Industrial, Retail, Commercial, Residential, Health and Government.

Kieran moved into Project Management following roles as a Design Manager and Project Engineer. His experience in both design and delivery ensures his capability to be involved across the entire lifecycle of projects, from concept through to handover. He has a proven track record in servicing clients to achieve desired outcomes and working with various project stakeholders to solve complex problems.

Rebecca Scott

Office Manager

Rebecca is an experienced administrator who has worked in the property & construction industry for the last 18 years.

With a wide range of responsibilities, she keeps Project Strategy running smoothly and efficiently, managing finance/accounts, payroll, HR, tenders/submissions, marketing, IT and the company’s accredited Integrated Management System.
